    Good afternoon,

We are utilizing a Jotform to enable patients to sign-in to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine. There about 10+ submissions occurring per minute during high traffic times. We noticed that when this happens, we receive an error message causing the system to crash.

Is there an opportunity to prevent this or whitelist specific IP Addresses so this is not flagged as a security concern?

    Thank you,

    Maimonides Medical Center

There was an error causing the user's to receive that issue this morning. The issue should now be fixed.

Are users still receiving the error?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Yes, they are still receiving the error. Can your team whitelist ip addresses from our system so this doesn't happen again?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

It seems that this is a known issue as we are receiving similar reports from HIPAA users this morning, and we have reported this to our backend team. I will also escalate this ticket to our developers, and we will get back to you as soon as we have received an update from them.

I have cleared your forms' cache, let's see if it will make a difference.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
