I have problem in my account I can't save the file

    Your form and account have been suspended due to collecting email and password in your form. It violates our Term of Use to collect sensitive information such as login credentials, credit card, etc.

    We can reactivate your form if you agree to our Term of Use and allow us to remove the offending fields. Will you agree and allow us to remove the offending fields?
