I changed my email address that I originally created an account with. I changed it in my account settings on jotform but when I tested out the form it sent it to my old email address. Can this be fixed?

Are you just using the "Test Email" button found on notification wizard upon testing your form in addition to my response?
Note: When testing email notification, you have to submit an actual submissions with your form. Clicking "Test Email" button found on the notification wizard will ONLY send emails to the email address that is associated to your Jotform account (the Primary email address). Simply open your form on "live mode" (click on "Preview") , fill out the form and submit a test-entry in order to see if the notifications are being sent correctly. You should get the notifcation on the specified email address.

Hello swab04, thanks for giving us the form url.
I have looked into the Notification template
You can change it from "Setup & Embed" > "Email Alerts" > "Notification"
Proceed to click "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button to see this page:
As you can see you need to change your email address on the Notification recipient and not from your JotForm account settings.
As what my colleague pinoytech has told you earlier, if you are just clicking the "Test E-mail" button to test your form then it will send to your email address from your account and not from the Notification recipient email address. You need to manually fill up the form and submit it to test the recipient email address by going to "Preview" mode and fill and submit.
