I have installed hidden fields into a form that is used by company instructors, when they are getting ready to deliver a class. The hidden fields are for me (as the training administrator) and serve as a "checklist" of tasks I need to complete internally when a class request is submitted.
While I can see the hidden fields on the form when I "Edit the Form", I cannot see them when it is printed or saved, which is really the whole point of why I placed them on the form in the first place.
My question is then, is there a way for these hidden fields to be seen when the form is printed and saved as a PDF by the author?

You can see hidden fields on the PDF view. You just need to make sure you re-build the email alerts
Or you can simply add a new row in the table, and clic on the Form field list on the right hand side

Yes, I am aware of that function. The hidden fields are displayed on the email submission, but I'm still not seeing the hidden fields when I view submissions and click "Get PDF" so that I may save the form electronically.
That is where I need to display the hidden fields because I make handwritten notes on the form, once I save it as a PDF and print it.

In that case, you would need to uncheck "Auto Hide Empty Fields" from the form submissions page settings before printing:
1. Access your form Submissions page:
2. Click "Settings"
3. Uncheck "Auto Hide Empty Fields"
You will only do this once. After that, any PDF output from any PDF links from your form would show the Hidden Fields.
