I can not log in. please help!

    Hello,

    I'll start by telling you that I am new to web designing...saying that...I love Jot Forms! they are so easy to get what you want and look good too.

    Saying that...I represent the Veterans and Military Coalition of the Ozarks and have just been assigned the privilege of recreating a whole new website. I have repeatedly tried to log into Jot Form and think I may be locked out. Our former web designer did not leave me the username and password. Can you please help me get back in, or suggest what I can do, to proceed designing pages and embedding the forms!

    Hello Sandy, the problem is that you created two forms without signing up and just using a guest account, I would recommend you to sign up (register) a free account, then let us know and we can help you move the forms into the new account.

    I checked your form and I see the issue. I think the Smooth Signature Widget is the source of your problem. Can I gently ask you to remove this widget and add it again? This may solve your problem.

    Besides, I can suggest our Signature field among Basic fields. If you use this Signature field, it will be more secure for you.
