Errors when launching

    I've launched a few Jotforms and they have ultimately worked fine, but when first rolling them out to a few thousand users people get errors and are unable to access the form. After 10-30 minutes it clears up and works fine.

    Is this due to the servers scaling up for the additional load? Is there a way to prepare the form for an influx of simultaneous users?

    We apologize for this inconvenience. A few days ago, there was a temporary issue with our server. However, our back-end team has found the root of the issue and fix it.
