    I checked all your forms but was unable to replicate the issue.


    I have cleared your form cache in hopes that it helps. Kindly try to clear your browser cache as well.

    Hi Vanessa, I am still experiencing the issue. This happens when someone is trying to access the form, as well as when I try to access the submissions. I am also now noticing the entries are no longer there. See screenshot. Escalating to back-end would be great.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
