Payment with Square went to the wrong location.

    Hi, I emailed earlier because of an issue with the Payment Integration with Square for one of our jotforms (

    This is the response I received below. But I did reach out to Square, and what happened was that the payment went to the WRONG location under our Square account. It should have gone to our Anchor Spa location, not the 67 Orange Street location. Is there any way to get this fixed asap? This is very important. If someone could call me, that would be great, +1 (240) 273-5830.

    Hi there - Are you working on this form?

    I see there are a submission and payment sent by a customer named Kim and it was a success. Perhaps there was just a delay in Square's end. Please try logging out of your square account and log in again to troubleshoot. In case it's still not there, I'd suggest reaching out to Square Support to check it further.

    Upon checking your forms, I can see that 2 submissions went in for Anchor Spa while there's no submission for 67 Orange Street. This means that Anchor Spa is the one submitted not the 67 Orange Street form.
