Form won't submit. When submit button is clicked its on "please wait".. I waited for an hour and a half and it won't submit.

Hi there,
I've just sent a test submission on your form and I was able to submit it successfully.
Is your form embedded on a website? If yes then please provide your website page address so we can check it as well.

It is not embedded. That happened to me also, the first test i did, it sent right away, after the first one it was on "please wait" on the submit button for 1.5 hours and this was also happening to others. Not sure how to fix this issue? This is a form we use a lot.

Hello @salesop,
We do apologize for the issue you are experiencing.
I did test your form as well and I can see that there is a small delay because of the Weekly Appointment Planner widgets, however, the delay was no more than a few seconds. Here is a screen capture I took of your form being submitted.
As you can see, the widgets did begin to load once I clicked submit and there was a "Please wait" message. But no more than 10 seconds passed before the form was submitted and routed to the Thank you page.
Can you kindly try submitting your form from a different device that is using a different internet connection? It is possible that the form is taking longer to submit on your end because of a connection issue.
You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to ensure that there is no cached data causing the delay.
Please give these steps a try and let us know if the issue persists.
