I have a contest up and running through Facebook. I've had a bunch of people enter, but a few saying they receive and error message instead of the form

"Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate"

Instead of using the facebook app I created, I went through and used Tab Press. I'll let you know if it works for everyone now.

    Hello sticklas,

    We apologize for this inconvenience.

If possible, can you give us the link to the facebook app that you have created and as well as the link to your facebook page?

We'll also wait for your update regarding Tab Press.  There are also other available apps out there as well that you might consider aside from Tab Press.  That was the one only suggested as it was the first one noticed by some of us in the support team when FBML was depreciated.

    Thanks,

    Liyam

Tab Press is working! I didn't change anything in Jot Form, just used Tab Press.

    My FB page http://www.facebook.com/mychildish

Here is the app I created, I just checked and now I am getting the error. I think it has to do with security settings...

Thanks! All seems to be fine, so I am good for now. But you can go ahead and snoop at what I have done. My Tab Form will only be up for 24hrs.

    Thanks, Sarah

    Hi,

Although I am pretty sure you are already satisfied with using TabPress, I would just like to point out that you're using the wrong form URL for your facebook app.

Instead of http://form.jotform.com/form/11523009228, you should use http://www.jotform.com/form/11523009228 because that is the url we have registered for our SSL certificate.

I hope you don't mind me pointing that out. Feel free to ask around the forum if you have other questions or concerns.

    Thank you.

    Neil

Thanks for letting me know! I just copied the code Jot Form provided, but maybe I chose the options wrong. I made the changes and the form seems to be working fine.

    Hello Sarah,

I have checked your facebook page and it still returned to me the certificate warning.

You might have permanently accepted the certificate that came from form.jotform.com.  If you have done this, you won't see the certificate warning anymore, but others will.  You will still need to change the URL of your form from form.jotform.com to www.jotform.com so that the certificate warning will not show up.

Just sharing my thoughts with you. :)

    Warm regards,

    Liyam

I already changed if from form.jotform.com to jotform.com Don't know why it's still a problem.

My contest ends in 2 hrs, so I won't worry about it now. Thanks for all the help!

    Hello Sarah,

Ok, I got confused with what I was trying to view earlier.  You're right, it's working alright when you used Tab Press.  I was trying to view the app that you've created and it's the one showing the certificate error, not the form.

If in case you have other questions, concerns, comments, and/or suggestions, please feel free to let us know.  It would be our pleasure here to give you assistance.

    Warm regards,

    liyam
