    Last year I created a form from the domain.  A few days ago I was able to revisit this form on  This morning I am unable to connect to, but I can connect to  

    I Googled Jotform and I came across an article indicating that had some issue with the U.S. Government.

    Actually, and are not our preferred domain for your location. We recommend since you are located in the US. You can also use since you are a paid user. Free Plan are not able to use domain. We do have domains for various regions, and we would prefer users/customers to access our domain whichever the nearest to their location.

    As for the problem with US Government, that is way back some years ago. We've taken a few and strict steps that would prevent that from happening again. Our servers are working fine after that incident, we do not have a major problems with our servers. Our domains are all up and running well.
