I was logged out and now have to create a new account ?

Hello I’m upset I have an iPhone and I was logged out of my account I signed up with my gmail and when I logged back in with the same gmail account everything was gone as if it made me create a new account I have links to my old forms and they’re all working but I have no clue what happened with the severs I’ll provide one of the links from my account

Hello Demitri, that form is in the dj***ee093@gmail.com account. Perhaps, you are signing in to different Gmail account? Can you please try again and send us a screenshot of the account without the forms?

Please include the account username in the screenshot.
