Hello Team
I have set up an Encryption Key for my form but I am not able to open it as I do not have an app on my laptop that can open it. What should I do? Sorry, I am knew to Jotforms so apologies if my questions are silly questions.

Hello,
No worries, we can assist you with anything in regards to your forms.
There's no need to open the Encryption Key file with an app on your device for the encryption key. Because when you access the submissions in the Tables page or access an encrypted submission, it will prompt you to retrieve the key from your device without viewing it:
When you try to view an encrypted submission, you will be asked to upload your private key. This is where you will use the private key you downloaded earlier.
As soon as you're done uploading it, it will show a success message.
Please refer to these detailed guides: Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them (jotform.com)
I hope this helps. Please do get back to us if you need further assistance.
