Hiding empty fields in a HTML report?

    Would this be possible?

I have one form with many many fields. We'll use it internal for payment orders.
Payment orders for suppliers but also payment orders for coworkers. This works well.

We have also to produce an official document once a year of all orders payed to the suppliers and another document of all orders payed to coworkers.

To make it clear for you... we have ONE form
    For suppliers we have to complete fields 1 - 6 - 8 - 9
    For coworkers we have to complete fields 2 - 3 - 4 - 7

I have setup in Jotform 2 different HTML reports.
    One with only the fields: 1 - 6 - 8 - 9
    The other one with only the fields: 2 - 3 - 4 - 7

After completing several times the form with different payment orders, the fields appear in the HTML report. But it generates every time also blanc lines in the opposite report.

So we'll have a report with different blanc lines with "empty" fields. In fact it's logic, for the form it's every time a new subscription and the field will be displayed as "empty" even it's a whole line with empty fields.

Of course I can setup an Excel file instead of a HTML report, and in Excel I can every time move, delete and sort rows on a manual way. But I will prefer to get it on an automatic way...

So will there be a way (or a work-around) to NOT display a blanc line every time when the line will contains only empty fields?

    Thanks a lot !

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, the blank rows only show in a report if the fields that are meant to appear in the other report are the ones that are filled during submission. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, I'm afraid that there is no option to hide/remove empty rows in the HTML Table Listing Report. What I can only suggest that you do is click the Column Header on the HTML Table Listing Report to sort the data in ascending/descending order based on the data under your selected column. This way, the submissions (rows) with empty rows will be either placed at the bottom or at the top.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
