    I need help with a form. I need to add a button to preview pdf.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to preview submission in PDF. It is only possible to preview in PDF when you import your PDF in smart PDF form. The following guide should help you how to import PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/548-how-can-i-import-my-own-pdf-with-smart-pdf-forms

    Please note that you can add "Review Before Submit" widget in form to preview the input data before submitting the form.
