PDF document is not correctly attached to the notification email

    User is attaching specific PDF documents in the notification email and using conditions to send them based on the answer.

    However, instead of attaching 1 specific PDF document, the notification email is attaching two PDF documents.

    Absolutely - The form I designed needs to be used by multiple physicians, and based on the physician I need to be able to display / insert a picture of the physician's signature onto the pdf document that gets created. I created multiple pdf documents (1 per physician) and then used conditional logic to get the desired PDF to be emailed, based on the physician selected...

    The email that gets generated includes 2 pdf documents... 1 that is the correct one that I want / need and another that is incorrect.
    The previous rep that helped me said it looks like it is including the "default" pdf along with the pdf that I was trying to get... Does that make sense?

    I just tried all 4 PDF documents... The PDF for Derek Frye only generates 1 PDF Document... Here is the output:
