Hi, I believe a recent suggestion for a change in code or possible style changed this line on our form. We would like all the answers to align horizontally.
I check off the box of the previous edit (under Options) that makes the alignment a default for the form, however, that did not fix the problem. Can you help? Thx
AFTER edit:
BEFORE edit:
I think the edit that changed the above question was: on Client Survey page of form I wanted the answers YES and NO to align horizontally under the questions. I went to Options, Spread to columns, 2 col. Could this have altered the above question too? Again, I check off the box "Make This Default"
This also changed: the line does not extend to... ", acknowledge that I..: There is a gap.

Hi,
Currently, the form seems to be displaying correctly:
Can I confirm if this is how the form displays on your end too?
The default option probably affected the other fields as well.Did you achieve the changes that you wanted to do to the form originally?
If not, please let us know and we are happy to assist you further.Best Regards,

It loads correctly in the Building Form but not in the Preview Form.
Can you help me fix it in this area? Thx

It is still not working properly. Can you help? Thanks!
This is what it looks like in the Preview Form view. Quite a mess.
We would like all five answer options to align horizontally -- and across from the word, SEX....
Sex O Male O Female O Transgender Male O Transgender Female O Non-binary

Hello,
Instead of using a Fill in the blanks field for the "Sex" field, why don't you use the Single Choice form field.? The reason is that every form field has its own purpose of use.
You can split the cells into 5 columns so that all options appear in a single line.
See this example:
You can hide the existing Fill in the blanks fields since you already have submissions linked to them.
Will this work out for you?

I did use Single Choice field for Sex.... and it looks fine in the Build mode. However, when I view it in the Preview mode, it gets jumbled up like shown above in my example. Suggestions?
The other issues were with Fill-In

Hi,
I cloned your form and tested both the Fillable fields and Single-Choice. The Single-Choice worked correctly in the Preview mode, but the Fill in the blanks field did not.
Here on the screenshot, the first "Sex" field is a Fill in the blanks -field. The second one is a Single-choice field:
Could you kindly try the Single-Choice field one more time?
