HIPAA account: 504 error & Temporarily Backend Unavailable

    Hi — I'm having customers complain that when they submit the HIPAA form they are seeing.

    "504 Error The request could not be satisfied".

    I'm in the line of business where I really can't afford to have this happen. Could we investigate the issue and figure out a way to not have this happen again.

    A total aside is that our account/portal is running very slow and glitchy as of lately.

    There was an issue with our HIPAA server that is causing the problem, in which you are experiencing right now. It was reported internally that the problem has already been resolved.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
