Getting Error message "Temporarily Back-end Unavailable"

    Good afternoon,

    I am receiving an error message when editing forms on the back end. I also have clients on the front end receiving this message. These forms are an integral part of two businesses that I support and their patients need to be able to submit forms. Can you please let me know what is the cause of this since this is happening on two different accounts since yesterday morning?

    I would also expect as a paying customer to get email messages advising me as soon as you are aware of these issues so that I can field questions.

    The high volume and the database connection issues were already addressed by our backend team. However, there are still reports of both. Our developers are already notified about this matter, and we're currently waiting for updates.

    I've also escalated this ticket, so when updates are available, you will be notified immediately.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
