HIPAA: Unable to edit forms, forms not loading and various form builder errors

    I am just noticing a lot of issues with the forms over the last few days. They are not loading correctly, erroring out and showing this error. What can i do to get jotform back to a more reliable state?


    This same error has been happening for a few days now.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    If I'm not mistaken, you are referring to your Romero_Shaun account.

    As per checking, your account is HIPAA Compliant.

    Unfortunately, we are recently having issues with our HIPAA servers due to increased traffic, which seems to be attributed to the COVID vaccine rollout.

    Our backend team is currently working on both temporary and long-term solutions for this.

    In the meantime, I have cleared your form cache in hopes that it helps.
