I need to know what an email I received means

I got an email last night with the subject "You have exceeded form view limits. When I opened up the email it just says File couldn't be found. When I looked at my analytics I had a view last night around the same time as email came through and I am wondering if I actually had someone trying to fill out my application who wasn't able to. Is there something wrong with my application?
