Tables: able to rename .zip files when attachments

    Good Morning,

    It's great to see the improvements and a much smoother, more stable system. Thank you everyone for your good work.


    I have three needs and suggestions.

    1. For the automatic email notification we need a link that will download all media/attachments that were submitted for the form. It would be best that it NOT BE a zip file. The time is takes to unzip when working with hundreds of forms adds up. The need for this is because downloading the media file by file, also takes to much time. .
    2. It would also be a great benefit to include THUMBNAILS of any photos that are linked in a notification form. (not the pdf).

    Please see the attached.

    My 3rd suggestion is the use of the "Download all attachments" from the control panel. Great idea but we need the option to title each downloaded file of attachments in the person's name (and other field options) that uploaded the files for each form. The same as we are able to choose fields in the email notification needs to be in the mass downlod too.

    Hi Paul,

    May we ask if you are using any integration for downloading the attachments since it shows that you have a .zip file?

    Attachments are limited to 5 MB for email notifications.

    Hi,

    Have you perhaps downloaded the submission attachments through the JotForm Table?

    Please note that the system will generate a Zip file and will send you the downloadable link via email. Unfortunately, there is no other way to download the files other than sending you the downloadable Zip link containing all the submission attachments.

    My request is to create (back end) a new tool that will allow the user (me) to download all media and be able to set the name of the downloaded file (zip file). This should also be an option for the DOWNLOAD ATTACHMENTS to allow for the creation of all the ZIP files in the name of a field and not some code number.

    Hi Dgcasting,

     I'll add this as a feature request to our developer's team to be considered from their side, the point is we can't provide a time frame for the implementation of this option, but once this option is added in the future you will be notified by an updated on this ticket.
