Jotform Submissions: Encountered Error While Trying to Download PDF Documents

    When I select a submission and click download, I get this error message

    I'm sorry about your problem. I have tested the issue and as a result of the test, I was able to recreate the issue. That's why a ticket has been created and escalated to our developer team. We cannot provide an ETA on when the issues are fixed. However, you will be notified when it's fixed via this thread.
