    One of the questions on the form, even if answered, doesn't come through on email. Just isn't there.

    One of my questions on my forms is:

    Which Tuition Package? Any the client has 3 options.

    But these come through on email alerts without showing - they just vanish as though the client hasn't filled it in. I've tested it myself, and even if I fill it in it disappears.


    If you're looking at it, iot's on step 3 of the 'Request a tutor' form.

    This is possible to happen if the form was updated with new fields or change in field name and at the same time the email notification was already customize.

    I suggest that you create a new Notification E-mail using the Add New E-mail button in the E-mail Alerts on the form builder. Use the image below for guidance.


    After creating the new Notification E-mail, test submit your form and check if all the necessary fields are available in the email message.
