PDF attachments not coming through emails

    Hello, I am a timesheet form that normally attaches a pdf form for the submitter. The form worked and sent pdf yesterday, but overnight it seems to have stopped.

    Would you take a look and see if you are having problems with attachments?

    Form Name is WDS Attendance Record

    All submissions today do not have attachment when received. Test from yesterday did.

    I verified the setting, emails notification has send attachment, document 1 on both responder and notification.

    Hi,

    I cloned your form to test. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue. See screenshots below.

    I have cleared your form cache. Could you please send a test submission to your form and see if the issue persists?

    I just received another submission, and the pdf was attached. Thank you for your help.
