Inform us if this is not what you were looking for.

It would also help if you provide us more details.

    Hi No it isnt
I have set up a auto responder but what i would like to be able to do is
when i go into the messages and hit reply it shows the details of the form
at the bottom, I would like to be able to customise above this and say
something like thank you very much for your booking it has now been put
into our diary or something like that and maybe put my logo on it aswell,
can i do that from this programme?
    Kind Regards
    Deborah Smith

    Hi Deborah,

It seems I am misunderstanding your question. Sorry for that.

From what I understand now, it seems your concern was already outside the JotForm functionality...

Isn't it when you reply to an e-mail, the processes will now be on the side of current e-mail client you are currently using? i.e. gmail, ms oulook e-mail, or yahoo email..

To what I know, you can just create and email template using your e-mail client so that everytime you reply to a message that comes from Jotform, the created template email will then be used.

Please get back to us if I am still not able to properly understand your concern.

    Thanks.
