How can I set up a dropdown (or search) of a table to select a particular name

I would like to create a form that will allow our office to update a client address.

However, aside from just accepting the data, I would like to Zap that update to QBO.

As such, I need to have the office staff pick the exact client name that is in QBO. The display name in QBO would be the key field/search field.

My thought was they could select the client from the drop down box, but there are say a 1000 clients... that change and update, so using the regular drop down and populating is not realistic.

I thought of the widget spreadsheet to form, but then they have to enter the exact QBO display name to find the match.. is it SMITH, JOHN or is it SMITH, JOHN H., or is it John Smith, or is it SMITH, John & Mary, etc.

Thus the thought if there was a widget that they could either search the name and select they one they want (searching an excel or google sheet), or that they could select from a drop down, then that match would allow a zap that updated QBO.

Is there such a feature in JotForm?

My second option is to use something like their phone number as the keyfield, and just use the spreadsheet to form widget. (It would be great if there was a google spreadsheet widget instead of having to regularly reupload the updated excel file for this widget)

Could you please check the autocomplete widget to see it helps:

Also, the Dynamic dropdown would also let you search among the configured options.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
