The file name on the submission PDFs I receive are not correct

    When clients completed forms I used to get the file emailed with a filename containing the document name and the client name. Recently, this is no longer happening. Instead, I get a filename containing only numbers.

    To clarify: you're speaking about the PDF attachment that is sent to you via the Notification email?

    I made a clone of your form 201283922786057 in an effort to replicate the issue and sent through several test submissions and was unable to replicate the issue. Is this the form in question? If not, could you please confirm the form URL with us or is this an issue across all of your forms?
