Exceeded form view limits email

    I received an email from you that says in the subject "You have exceeded form view limits", but the body of the email says File couldn't be found, and that's it. There's nothing else there to help me resolve this.


    Do I need to do something with this? We already have a paying account.

    Hello Kelly - We were aware of the said issue and reported it to our backend team. We just received an update that there was a problem with our system last night. They have mentioned to just ignore the said email.
