Form submission Upload error

    Hi,


    Some of our applicants are having trouble submitting their applications. When they hit submit they get the attached error message. I've tried to submit a test application several times now but encounter the same error message.


    Please advise.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I checked on your form and I noted that there were multiple instance of the *required Upload fields in the form.

    The Upload error you shared on the screenshot image was usually due to submitting the form while the pre-upload process of Upload field was still happening.

    Can you please try test again. Make sure when using the Upload fields, the pre-upload process of the files being uploaded were already 100% before submitting the form.

    I also suggest by design to separate the multiple Upload fields using multiple pages form. You can add page break field on your form so that the Upload fields are on different pages.
