Cannot upload file without clicking on the asterisk

Hi!

On my NBR Application form, I've had several people unable to click the browse button and upload their photos. I don't know how many potential leads I've lost to this, but it is frustrating for them and me. I have found that it will allow an upload if I click on the asterisk, but I have no way of letting potential clients know that unless they reach out to me in another way. Please help!

I have tested your form and was able to upload by clicking on the blue button 'BROWSE FILES' without clicking the asterisk.

In addition, if you really want to, you can provide a description underneath the field, to tell your user where they need to click:
