Form and account has been suspended.

    I assume the suspension is due to the change in payment method. I tried to change payment methods due to customers not wanting to give their credit cards info, the form was stalling and requiring credit card info even thought I had the toggle set to "NOT REQUIRED" but the form would not submit for clients. So I took the credit card off to offer other options to pay after I did a test for the form I immediately got a suspended account notice! Need help asap if possible to correct form and get it back online.

    Your account was suspended due to the Residential Lease application form.

    Our phishing detector tool scans forms for bad/phishing words such as Cash app and auto suspends the accounts.


    This word is found in the notification email and the autoresponder email of this form.

    Please remove this word from the email content.

    I have activated your account in the meantime.

    I am unable to logon to correct the form. It's still showing suspended.

    I have deleted the "Cash App" test from your form and activated your account again.
