I'd love to use the mobile app but it doesn't work at all. I can't login at all.

You would need to provide your Jotform Username and Password instead of your Email Address and Password. Can you please confirm if you're using your Jotform Username which is "derekwilliams" ?
I'm using the App on Android Phone but can't seem to replicate the issue. Login function is working fine.
