I made 2 submissions to test the app and in the end I got a thank you for submitting message as well. But they are not showing up anywhere. The were submitted through an iPhone. I have also tried syncing multiple times and even then the submissions are not showing up. I am located in Raipur (Chhattisgarh), India.

I checked that your JotForm account has 2 forms.
- https://www.jotform.com/form/210423097088051 with no submission data
- https://www.jotform.com/form/210411937244449 with one submission data
The https://www.jotform.com/form/210423097088051 will not submit because question text is not selectable
Kindly deselect the Must Read all the Text

Hello Sigit,
That was not the problem I guess. I spoted an error that pops up for a micro second before thank yoh for submitting page shows up. I screen recorded that instance played it frame by frame and found the error.
i guess the geo stamp widget has a bug if we type anything on it.the other form works fine with geo stamp if nothing is written on that widget (heading or question)

I checked your form 210423097088051 and see that you have made the Place of Signature field no longer required: may I have your permission to send through a test submission to test this out now that the field is no longer required?
This can often be attributed to the browser/device that the user is filling out the form on. If Location Settings (on a mobile device) or the locator on a desktop browser is turned off, the error will occur.

Hello Katherine,
Yes you can test however you wish for multiple times. Also, I have tried both the forms from the same device. One was working and the other was not.
