I am not able to open pdf & document attachments in the form from my clients.
Please let me know how to fix this. -

Are you referring to the PDF and document attachments your form respondents have uploaded to your form?
If so, please uncheck the following boxes in your Account Settings: https://jotform.com/myaccount/settings
And please let us know if the issue persists.
