    1. File Size Limitation in Auto Respond / Approve emails

Are their limitations of file size in email autoresponder or Approve /deny? To clarify: we are including  {IMG:uploadImage}  about 3 to 6 images per form and do not want links in the auto Aprove Deny. A passing Judge must simply see all the images & information in the email and click approve or deny. We want images to appear in the auto email approve deny. Is there a limit I have to worry about?

Yes. Attachments exceeding the limit of 5MB total file size will be omitted from the email.

You can include the PDF's download link on the email message as a workaround.

I essentially need a 3-5 decent thumbnail images associated with approve deny request. Is anyway to
automate file size reduction with a condition?
This is a HUGE set back in our workflow. The email with approval deny needs to contain just images and not links.
Why is there this limit? Anyway to make it bigger ?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, that is the standard file size.

I will make a request for it to be increased but could guarantee an ETA of when it will be implemented.

If there are any updates on this our developers will be responding to this support ticket.

Oh please have them put priority of file size!! If this works I’ll be seeing new standard for 1000’s of garden clubs. We’re Pioneering this and it’s critical that this isn’t the weak link.
I just can’t believe the whole process of initial passing (approve or not approve) may fall apart because of this.
I have to keep it simple for judges participating from around the US to receive an email and see images to approve the initial pass fail. They each have too many to approve so downloading links to images is a no go option.
Please please please help on this to get this updated right away.
