Hi. Some of my forms require vaccination certificates to be uploaded. When I receive the submitted forms and try to view the uploaded vaccination records on my phone (from the email I receive) a “whoops” alert comes up. The photos appear on my computer but not my phone.

In order to resolve the issue please go to https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and remove the checkbox from require log-in to view uploaded files.
