Trying to upgrade my membership

    Jotform won't allow me to upgrade to silver package.

    DO you have a JotForm account?

    I have noticed there is no account with the email address james@rocksdiscount.com.

    Could you please signup for a JotForm account and then try to upgrade with the Silver plan?

    Are you trying to upgrade with the Silver yearly or Silver monthly plan?
