    Edit a record when customer has chosen "other"

    Hi! When i have radio buttons in my form with three options and "other", there is trouble when i should edit a record, when the customer has chosen "other" and written his / her answer in it. The answer disapear when i go to the record and i write in the hidden field "Møtte kunden?". This is a field i update when i see if the customer has been to a meeting with us.

    So: when you update a field in a form, where a customer has chosen "other" in radio buttons, we loose the customers answer in the radio buttons.

    Hi,

    Can you please confirm first if those with red flag in your submissions are the radio options answers with 'Other'

     

    I need to know the steps you took so I can also do a test on my end.

    Can you please describe the steps.

    I am only assuming at this time when you said edit is by using the EDIT button in the submissions page.

    No, the flags was just for me to remember which i had tested. You could test with the customer "Vegard Jakola", the upper flag you have marked. Yes, i use the edit button in the submissions page.

    The main goal for me with this is that my emploiees (wich i share the form with), should mark every record with yes / no if a customer shows up or not.
