I need Ranking as a Survey Tool (with the option of 'Other')

I need option of 'Other' added to the existing Matrix question tool.

I am having a look at Survey Monkey which has a nice way of numbering your options.

Before I can forward your request feature, I would like to gather more details first.

Can you describe more how a Ranking should work? Currently there is the Star, Scale, and Grading tools... which I think can also work as ranking measurer.

I understand the 'Other' you mentioned, correct me if wrong, but I think what you want is option similar to that of the Radio option 'Other', only you want it to be in Matrix tool.

We will await for your response.

    1. See Q1 on my current survey to see how I would like ranking in JotForm to work.

    2. In answer to 'Other' as an option in Matrix -  yes that is correct.

Thank You for the clarification. I noticed that when the first option is selected it then autopopulates a preset number ranking system to be reorganized per user choice. I will forward this one as a request to be added to our Features Request List for our Developers to Look at and consider about adding something possibly similar. Please be advised though that I won't be able to provide you with an expected release date but should they choose to add this then you will be updated here about it.

As for the " Other " Option in the Matrix. We can only open one request or issue per ticket which helps to eliminate any possible confusion. I would kindly like to ask that you open this up this request into a New Thread. So that we can handle it respectively there since these are two separate Feature Requests and we will add this to our Request List in the secondary thread.
