dropdown menu appears at the top of form when filling out

all my form which have a dropdown menu element in them appear at the top of the screen instead of at the actual question.

whats the issue?

I've checked the form, and it seems that the dropdown option seems to be displaying correctly on my ned.

Please note that the dropdown options will automatically be displayed either below or on top of the question depending on the available space left on the screen.
