Online Form inquiry with Signature

I was wondering if you could assist please.

I have a client who has a requirement to send online registration forms to students for various online events that will be hosted via Zoom.

As these are online events and for younger students there is a wavier/consent form that requires signing before they can attend.

They also require the ability to clearly monitor/log, who has received the form, who has returned the form completed with a date and time stamp on.

From what i have seen your system looks like it could help with a number of the manual tasks that they are currently completing.

It would be great if i could have a chat with someone to talk through the use case to understand specifically how this would help them before recommending your product.

Unfortunately at this moment, we do not offer phone support.

This is easily possible with our service. You can register the email addresses, the time they've made their submission, add signatures (for the consent), only allow them to fill in the form once etc.

Would you mind sending us your use case so we can maybe help to let you know what is and what is not possible?
