URGENT - Form Deleted

    My form titled "Booking Agreement and Payment Authorization Form" was deleted by someone at JotForm. Can you please explain why this occurred? It is imperative to my business. I am NOT collecting payment details on this form. Thank you kindly.

    Hi,

    We don't delete our JotForm user's form. I checked the form on your account and it is working fine.

    Could you please check it again and let us know if the issue still persists?

    I found it in my Trash and restored it to my inbox just a bit ago. I'm not sure how this happened and I apologize for the alarm. I have had forms deleted in the past by JotForm when I had payment details included so I thought there was an issue with the form again. Thank you for your assistance and I apologize for the alarm!
