How Do I collect Credit card information for authorization form without charging them

I need to create an authorization from but I don't want the card to be charged. Just need to store the information along with signature in case of dispute.

What is the most cost effective way to do this.

Please note that you are not allowed to collect credit card information via forms as this is is against our Terms and our PCI compliance.

If you add such fields on the form, your account will automatically get suspended.

Sorry, but there is no option to collect card information.

The closest option is to use any of our payment processors and enable payment authorization: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-how-to-enable-payment-authorization (this does not collect card information but will let you charge your customer at a later date).
