Situation With a New Form - Form is currently disabled

To Whom It May Concern:

I have just completed a new form and would like to "preview" the form and then "publish" the form. I tried doing both and in each case I was directed to a new page that stated the following: "Application for next intake is expired, stay tuned for our updates, thanks!"

I have also uploaded a screen shot if helpful.
