I subscribed to gold but it has not activated

    As per checking, your account is indeed already in the Gold plan.

    If you are not seeing the changes, kindly logout of your account then login again.

    When I didn’t see my goal subscription activate, I went ahead and did silver. Can you kindly refund gold please?
    I have paid for 2 concurrent subscriptions!

    I checked your account but I could not find any Silver subscription payment.

    Do you happen to have multiple Jotform accounts? Please share the username/email address of the other Jotform account so we may check it.
