As per checking, your account is indeed already in the Gold plan.
If you are not seeing the changes, kindly logout of your account then login again.

I have paid for 2 concurrent subscriptions!

I checked your account but I could not find any Silver subscription payment.
Do you happen to have multiple JotForm accounts? Please share the username/email address of the other JotForm account so we may check it.
