2 signatures and storage

Hello,

I'm looking for forms that I can use for my volunteer onboarding documents. Do you have forms that allow for 2 signatures- one for the volunteer, and one from the organization representative? Also, is there a way to download the forms and save them on an external source such as Sharepoint or Better Impact?
