I can't view photos that were uploaded on for submissions

    I had people on my team upload a photo to their form and I'm unable to open the photos. I previously had no trouble, but now it's not working. I have already adjusted the privacy settings to try to solve the issue and it's still not allowing me to open or download the files. I can't access them from the email notification or from the list of submissions directly on my account. It links me to a 404 error. Please help!

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I checked our database and I can confirm that the files are still in your account storage, but I'm not sure why it's not allowing you to download the file.

    I have now escalated this to our L2 team for further investigation. As soon as we have an update, we'll keep you posted on this ticket.
