I hold the postion recently and i dont know the previous status of our company with your website.
Can you please let me know if the application form still valid and working ?
if not how to renew it ?
and do you save any history for the period that our account wasnt valid ?

I have checked your account and it seems fine from our end ad all your forms and history is still intact, you can access all this by login into your account normally.
Your account is currently in the free plan and if you anticipate more submissions than those allocated please upgrade to the paid plan as shown below:
1.Login to your JotForm account and click on Account
2. Go to Upgrade
3. Click on the plan you wish to, and re-upgrade
