cannot login- forgot password - no email sent to me

    I could not find any regular JotForm account linked to denab@lummi-nsn.gov.

    Only if you have a regular JotForm Free or paid account can you reset the account password.

    If you have a regular JotForm account, please let us know the account username or the linked email address.
